It's giveaway time!

I was cleaning my apartment yesterday, and as usual, I was reorganizing and looking for things to get rid of. My knitting bag was something I'd been avoiding for too long--it was a mess--and it was time for me to clean it up. I came across some knitted items that I unsuccessfully tried to sell on Etsy and ended up keeping around to give away as gifts. I've whittled the pile down a bit, but it's time for them to be gone altogether. Lucky you!

Here's how it works. In the comments section, answer the following questions and tell me which item(s) you're interested in. Of course, feel free to comment even if you don't want to be a part of the drawing. Wednesday night, I'll randomly choose a winner for each item. Sound good?

1. What are your hobbies?
2. If you had the time (energy, money, etc.) to work on a new hobby, what would it be?
3. What are your favorite indoor activities during winter or bad weather?

Very small women's ribbed hat. I'd say this is probably best for a teenager or a woman with a small head :)  It's too small for my melon. It's pink and lavender.

Brown scarf with turquoise fringe. There are flecks of yellow and turquoise in the scarf. It's either acrylic or an acrylic/wool blend--not itchy!

Two blue dishcloths with white-multi accent.

This is an awesome giveaway! I'd love to win the dishcloths. The hat and scarf are both really pretty too, but I've got enough hats and scarves to last me a lifetime.
1. My hobbies are reading and running.
2. I really want to learn how to surf. Someday...
3. During winter/bad weather I love hunkering down on the couch with a mug of hot tea and a blanket and either reading or watching a movie.

Laura, well, since you're the only one who's responded, the dishcloths are yours! Send me an email at k8simply@gmail with your address and I'll send them your way!

i love that pink hat, but i have a 23-inch head.

Sorry to hear it! The problem with the hat is that it's too short. I decreased a little too soon, so it has a tendency to slide up. Maybe my head is extraordinarily tall! I can send it to you if you'd like--if it doesn't fit, you could pass it on to someone else.

I do like it a lot, but I'm pretty sure the same thing would happen to me...I always make my hats long and wide...
